Afternoon Dismissal

Bus riders and car riders dismiss at 3:05. Car line dismissal will begin when school personnel are outside and ready to begin calling students. All parents/guardians are to stay in the car line. Please have CAR TAG clearly displayed in the vehicle window and it must be displayed until the student enters the vehicle. A student will only be allowed to be picked up in the car line by adults who have the car tag and are on his/her pick-up list. If the person picking up a student does not have a car tag, they must park and proceed to the office to check out the student. This is for the safety of ALL students. If you are in need of additional car tags, please notify the office. If a parent/guardian has an emergency and can’t wait in the car line, that parent/guardian will need to park in one of the school’s designated parking spaces and go directly to the office. The child will be called to the office. If a student leaves before 3:05, they will need to be checked out and it will count as a tardy. Students that ride home on the bus or car with other students must have a note from both students’ parents/guardians. This note must be approved by the office by 2:00. All transportation changes must be made by 2:00. Transportation changes will not be accepted via phone call.
